October 10, 2017 — UTComp is pleased to announce a licensing agreement with U.K.- based Tank Inspections Ltd., bringing the UltraAnalytix® inspection system for glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) composites to the company’s large client base in the chemical, water and waste treatment, oil and gas, and other industries.

Tank Inspections will maintain these records in a database to ensure tanks, vessels and other equipment are safe and secure.
UltraAnalytix® allows for a detailed assessment of the GRP laminate properties throughout the wall of the tank, including the condition of the corrosion barrier, and will also identify any leakage into the laminate through a thermoplastic inner shell. Key advantages include:
